Staff Share Option Scheme
On July 20th 2005, the AGM of S.A.G. Solarstrom AG resolved to set up an option scheme for employees of the Group and subsidiaries. The aim is to create an attractive incentive for our employees to sustain their motivation and commitment as regards the company’s continued added value and their active contribution to it.
This means that the option scheme also serves the interests of our shareholders, who also benefit from the growth and profits of the Group.
By July 19th 2010, we will probably have issued up to 300,000 share options in total.
